"What worked in our 20s and 30s doesn't serve us the same way now. Our bodies change, and our nutrition and lifestyle need to evolve with them."

As a woman navigating the perimenopausal stage myself, I understand firsthand the unique challenges this time brings. I believe that we don’t have to suffer with disruptive symptoms—instead, we can thrive with a personalized, holistic approach. I work with each client to craft a wellness plan that aligns with their body’s needs to foster balance and resilience. Together, we’ll embrace this journey with intention and support, allowing you to feel well and empowered.

My Story

I spent most of my life never feeling truly well. For my first 30 years, I didn’t consider how my diet or lifestyle might impact my health. No one ever suggested the connection, and I never thought to look for it.

Exhaustion, anxiety, and chronic pain felt normal to me. I thought that dealing with severe allergies, chronic sinus congestion, asthma, and hives was just part of life, something I had no control over. Missing periods, feeling intense bloating after meals—it all seemed typical, even if it wasn’t comfortable. My doctors told me these issues were common and recommended medication to manage my symptoms.

Back then, my diet consisted almost entirely of processed foods, coffee, and cigarettes. I worked a high-stress, 24/7 job, stayed up too late, and barely moved my body. It never occurred to me that my lifestyle could be affecting how I felt—no one told me it could.

Then one day, I woke up on the edge of an autoimmune disorder. I realized that if I didn’t make a change, I might lose my health for good. That’s when I decided to work with a Holistic Nutritionist, and my life took a transformative turn.

Now, more than a decade later, I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—even as I navigate perimenopause. I’ve learned that we each need a customized approach to food and lifestyle to truly thrive. As I approach menopause, I continue to adapt my diet, mindset, natural remedies, and lifestyle to live a life where I feel free and vital, rather than at the mercy of my hormones.

You don’t have to live with your symptoms. You don’t have to accept your current limitations. The body wants to be well, but it needs the right tools. My life’s work is to help others find those tools and take back control of their health
